Send up to 10 pieces for your client to try on at home! This is great for virtual appointments, or send to yourself to save time pulling in-person.
Commission: 15-20%, based upon Keep Rate (see details below)
Item Limit per Box: 10 (up to 2 pairs of shoes)
Item Availability: Any items that are determined by Vince as Warehouse-only are not able to be fulfilled. (Updated 11/24/21).
Shipping ETA: 3-5 Days
Turnaround Time Requirement: The box must be shipped back on or before the 5th day from when it was delivered to avoid a charge in full. **Stylist Tip: The day the box ships, schedule a virtual consultation for the day after it’s delivered. They’ll be ready to ship back a day early!
Sale Policy: Sale items may be added to boxes at 3% commission.
How to Shop: In the Garmentier Shop Tab, select Send a Style Box with Vince as the partner. A new Style Box invoice will be created in your client’s profile. Shop Vince.com by adding products to your Style Box invoice with the GXT. When ready, email info@garmentier.co to let us know it’s ready to ship!

Want to bring your client in-store shopping, or pull pieces for an off-site appointment? Now you can - this white-glove service provides an elevated, exclusive client experience. Get great commissions, too!
Commission: 15% In-Store, 15-20% for Pulls based on Keep Rate
Offsite Pull - Item Limit & Time Limit: 15 items, return within 3 days
Book By: 6pm the evening prior
Use your Garmentier Stylist ID to check in at the store! Your client’s card must be on file in Garmentier for an appointment or pull to be approved.
Sale Policy: Sale items may be purchased in-store, but given the steep discounts, they are eligible for 3% commission only.

Shop online with your client’s cards (or you own!) through your Shop page in Garmentier to get great commission kickbacks. Use Proposals and Look Books for easy selling tools.

STYLE BOXES, PULLS & IN-STORE APPOINTMENTS: Once an item has been purchased via a Style Box or In Store Pull/Appointment, it is exchange only.
restocking or $0 box/pull fees
Restocking Fee ($0 Boxes/Pulls): $25 for any Style Box or Pull that is returned with $0 kept. It is rare nothing is kept, however, this fee is required by our partners to ensure their fulfillment and shipping costs are not lost.

Vince was founded in 2002 by Christopher LaPolice and Rea Laccone, just a decade after the dynamic duo had built and sold off their successful label- Laundry.The Vince label found their niche and rapidly took off, growing 4 times larger than their expected growth rate. Vince's original designs were cashmere hoodies, pants made of luxury fabrics but cut in relaxed silhouettes, simple T-shirts that fit well — all items harder to find in department stores than a customer might guess. Vince’s breakthrough design was a zip-front cashmere hoodie, which the company continues to sell in new colors each season.
Q: WHY ARE SOME ITEMS UNAVAILABLE FOR STYLE BOXES IF I CAN SEE THEM ONLINE?
A: Currently, Vince cannot fulfill items for Style Boxes that are only available in their warehouse. A portion of items on Vince.com may be marked as unavailable for consignment by Garmentier, even though they can be purchased online as a normal e-comm transaction.
Q: HOW IS Vince DIFFERENT THAN OTHER PARTNERS?
A: Vince is available in every Garmentier channel- in-store pulls, shopping appointments, affiliate links, and style boxes! As a Garmentier stylist Vince provides exclusive perks such as Virtual Trunk Shows and private shopping events for top stylists.
Q: HOW DO Vince STYLE BOXES LOOK WHEN THEY ARRIVE TO MY CLIENT?
A: The boxes arrive in plain, non-branded packaging with basic information inside: Vince will include your branded “packing slip” (your logo and all!) with an item list for your client and instructions for try on and shipping back inside the box!
Q: CAN I ADD OTHER ITEMS ONTO A Vince STYLE BOX INVOICE MYSELF?
A: You can add CUSTOM or SERVICE items onto your Style Box invoice, but not other Ready-to-Wear items, and no “credits” (negative misc. items). You can use our Shopping Extension to make it super easy!
Q: CAN I ADD ITEMS FROM DIFFERENT PARTNERS INTO THE SAME STYLE BOX INVOICE?
A: See above - please do not put items from different Garmentier partners onto the same invoice! You may send a Style Box from multiple partners to your client simultaneously, but, they cannot be combined into one invoice, and will not be shipped together.
Q: CAN GARMENTIER SCHEDULE FEDEX OR UPS PICK-UPS FOR ME OR MY CLIENTS?
A: Currently, we’re unable to schedule pick-ups for boxes as it is a paid service from UPS and FedEx. However, if you’d like to extend that to your clients yourself, you’re welcome to!
Q: WHY DON’T EXTRA DISCOUNTS OR PROMOTIONAL SALES APPLY WHEN SHOPPING FROM VARIOUS PARTNERS?
A: Each partner has their own policies regarding sale and commissions - we’re just here to respect them! Because our partners are providing a free service for Style Boxes as well as commission, they do not have the margin to pay out commission on sale items - especially when a promotion is going on! We promise we’ll always do our best to give you and your clients the best prices and experiences possible, while being respectful to the needs of our partners. Have specific questions? Q: WHY IS THERE A RESTOCK FEE FOR $0 BOXES?
A: Retailers expend time, money and resources to prep, package, and ship pulls or style boxes. When these pulls or boxes come back back as a full-return, the retailer loses money - and we want to protect your ability to continue to work with them! In order to maintain great partnerships, it’s our job to ensure we are all carefully curating what’s sent out or pulled - and that enabling you to sell for them helps, not hurts, all parties.
Q: DO MOST STYLISTS CHARGE THEIR CLIENTS A FEE FOR THE STYLE BOX SERVICE?
A: We won’t tell you what to do, but if you want our opinion: if it takes you time, it’s a billable service! Shopping online for clients is just as much of an effort as anything else - albeit, a smaller time commitment (which is why we love it!). Yes, you’ll make commission, and that’s great - but you are spending time curating pieces for your clientele. Don’t undervalue your expertise or be afraid to charge for your Style Box service! As for how much - you’ll know what’s right.
